Introduction

Thank you for agreeing to complete the International Profiler Questionnaire (TIP®). The information you provide by completing this questionnaire will be used in an anonymous format as part of a research project being conducted by the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) in Singapore.

This questionnaire is supplied by WorldWork Ltd. and your responses to the questions will be treated in strict compliance with the WorldWork's Privacy Notice which is compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By continuing to complete the questionnaire you indicate that you have read that Notice and give your consent for the collection, analysis, use and storage of the information you provide, and that you understand and accept that cookies may be used by your browser as you complete the questionnaire. WorldWork will supply data resulting from your completion of this questionnaire in a completely anonymised form to HCLI for research purposes. HCLI follows Asia's data protection law that comprises various rules governing the collection, use, disclosure and care of personal data.

The questionnaire comprises a biographical section, 45 rating questions about how you might typically behave in international or cross-cultural situations, and three open text questions which will contribute to the research project.
